Rainbows of Joy

Rainbows of Joy is a not for profit organization committed to enhancing the lives of children, youth and young adults living with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs.

The overall purpose of our not for profit organization is to provide the means,
support, and opportunity to promote healthier individuals and healthier family
lifestyles which ultimately benefit the community as a whole.

The Rainbows of Joy Foundation are proud to
support the below organizations.

The Joy of Learning Centre

The Joy of Learning Centre was established in 2007. It is a full day learning centre that offers individualized programs that are Ministry approved for ABA/IBI services and also a great alternative to education for all children on the autism spectrum.

Challenger Baseball

Challenger Baseball is an adaptive program designed specifically to empower children and youth living with cognitive and/or physical disabilities. The program is designed to teach these children and youth the core life-skills inherent to team sports, including: teamwork, communication, determination, resiliency, inclusion, support and courage.

Learn to Skate & Basic Hockey Skills

Throughout the winter months Challenger Sports runs a free-skating and hockey skills program for players at every level. Players and their siblings are welcome on the ice. We have several dedicated volunteers skating around to help those who may need instruction. The ice is divided in two, with free-skating at one end, and hockey skills at the other end.
